If you flat out want to delete a Sim, use the Total Annihilation function of the Master Controller Mod (Sim - Advanced - Total Annihilation) in conjunction with ErrorTrap. The two will purge all references to and instances of the Sim from the game and as far as the game is concerned, they never existed.
